- TPB I emailed back and forth with prof hill... explicitly asked twice if there was a funding wait list and he did not directly respond and instead gave a "tough decisions had to be made, etc." I would guess it is unlikely that we receive a funded offer but who knows there could still be a small chance they were just seeing if they could get someone to bite on an unfunded offer
