- Background: BS in Linguistics & French from University of Wisconsin, 4 semesters of Russian, some Ukrainian, some entry level comp sci courses- I spent the last year taking several courses online to strengthen my math/comp sci, completed training + practicum in Language and Literacy therapy for children w/ dyslexia, interested in working with alternative/augmentative communication devices (previous experience working w/non verbal individuals w/ autism). I believe my background working with children with disabilities and interest in assistive technology was big in my favor.
