- To the Maryland econ waitlists : I receivced an email a week ago asking if I can finance my studies if they cannot give me a funded offer. They also added that they are simply gathering information and my answer will not affect the chance of getting a funded offer nor does it guarantee a non-funded offer. I'm wondering how many people receive this kind of email. Is this positive or negative sign? :(
