- I was 1 of 20 people interviewed. They said they needed a couple weeks to decide. I checked the application portal, and got an extremely generic rejection letter because they 'had too many qualified applicants' from the graduate admissions office. I received nothing from the department, and no notification to me directly, I just happened to check the application and see it.
