- Are all rejects offered this generic message? Is this Online program better than USC on campus program? We want to share that beginning in fall 2019, we will partner with the edX online learning platform to launch a new professional, online master's program, enabling us to serve more students. The launch of this program is in direct response to the limited number of seats available in our on-campus program relative to demand for those seats. We hope you will take this opportunity to learn more about the new program and apply at https://www.cs.utexas.edu/msonline
