- TBP ; That's exactly what I want to say. UPenn was my dream school since I started to think about Econ phd program, so I was thinking that I definitely would take their offer over the other offer on the same level if I could get any. Now, I doubt their capacity. Maybe it is just that I was not able to get the offer(if the admission posts are legit, and most other admitted students didn't post their results on gc!). I decided to take my current offer ;)
