- Visit day was yesterday. About 30 prospective students attended. I would say a third have better offers (though some are hesitating because of the atmosphere in other programs – Chicago – and funding – UCSD), and a couple more have equivalent offers. Optimistically, the 15 best placed people on the waitlist can expect an offer, assuming some of these will leave the waitlist.
