- NLP field, LORs from research advisors who is well-known in the field, talked to several Penn profs before, but finally got rejected. I then applied to transfer to MSE application, the replied email said "Your credentials are not strong enough to be admitted to the CIS/MSE program", probably because of low GRE score.
