- Guy with 3.11 GPA here from below. Funding offered was a $8000 scholarship + TA Position for total of $15,000. Got my undergrad from Queen's. Also got accepted to uOttawa (no funding). As for the person asking about quality, they're definitely a more undergrad orientated school, but the campus is actually very nice. As for federal positions I have no idea.
