- I was interviwed by Skype video call by the professor in the 3rd week of February. He was pretty much hooked with my credentials. Yet after the interview when I asked him about his decision, he said the grad assessment has just began to unfold for PhD candidates. And it will take several weeks before the issue of decision. I am an international student BTW.
