- US citizen studying abroad - I thought this meant that I'd been on their waitlist, but the professor who contacted me said that they co-ordinate their Skype interviews at a much later date than their in person visits. This was also very unexpected as I realized during the application process that the program and I weren't a good fit for each other. Maybe my SoP wasn't bad as I'd thought it was (this was my very last application this cycle)! Either way, declined the offer as I've been accepted to programs that are a better fit.
