- Hi, Does anyone applying for PULSe problem receive that kind of message? The assistant told me due to some unforeseen reason, the admission commitee hasn't been able to summon to discuss my application and my interview, and let me wait, thank you for my patience. I think it is not likely happen, is that an euphemistical way to let me know I am waitlisted?
