- Internship at CERN. Excellent LoRs from professors that I have worked with. SOP was nearly perfect, covering all of the required aspects. Development and research experience in my chosen field. My pre-proposal was praised by a professor at ETH Zurich for being excellent and very relevant to recently started activities in the department. Yet I received a generic rejection letter.
