- TTPB: (I'm the simultaneous email poster.) Sorry, but I am actually extremely interested in the gravity work going on at Penn State and am leaning towards accepting my offer. The visit date is not until the end of March though, so I will probably not decide before then. Obviously I'm not the only person who was accepted for gravity/cosmo theory, but given the timing of the visit you might be in for a few more weeks of waiting before anyone declines, if you are on a waitlist. (I personally have no knowledge of whether or not they're maintaining a waitlist versus just being slow on rejections.) Good luck! I hope at least now knowing it might be a few weeks is better for you than having no info.
