- Pretty surprised I got in but really really happy about it.... My combined GRE scores were not good, and I do not have a super high GPA compared to the average of both of those of people applying. I am technically an out of state applicant, but I am from VT and lived there up until I went to college. I have one year of working as an SLPA in five different schools so I am sure that is what helped me get in. I am waiting to hear back from Utah, Montana, Sacramento, Boulder. If I get in to Boulder, I will be declining UVM most likely.
