- Got an email to check my status update which was a generic rejection letter. I had contacted my POI earlier why I hadn’t been selected for the interview and they told me that the GRE cutoff this year was set at 69th percentile. A little bit below in one can be compensated by the others. I had Quant-166, Verbal-152/3. They told me they had concerns about my writing skills and that’s why I wasn’t selected. I am so sad that I got rejected because of GRE.
