- This is our conversation: Grad office: Each department has a different process and timeline for their application review and sending admission decisions. Some departments have already sent out their admission emails, but the Department of Electrical Engineering has not yet sent any official email decisions. Regardless, all decisions will be emailed by March 15. Me: Many thanks for your response. The department of Electrical Engineering sent official admission on Feb10 last year. Are you sure that graduate office will send the official admission on March 15? Grad office:No, I just meant that March 15 is the only guaranteed deadline date for official admission decisions.
