- I received an email today saying "We have recommended you to the Dean of Graduate Division for admission to the ECE PhD program starting in Fall 2019. " It also said this is not a final offer and the graduate division will have it's final say in my admission decision. It seems like I have been awarded a fellowship, but no admission yet. Anyone else with such a case?
