- To the poster who got admitted into the HPA program in PSU below. First congratulations! I would like to know did you mention a POI in your statement? I got an email from my POI and invited me to a phone interview with the chair of the admission committee. You said you got admitted without interview. So I am a little curious about the interview. Is this is a common practice in the admission process or some other sign?
