- accepted several weeks ago. Received e-mail this morning saying there's no funding due to an extremely strong applicant pool this year. I am surprised as I received full scholarships to the other programs I applied to that are the same-tiered and have similar programs. I will follow the money. The e-mail also strongly emphasizes that no receiving a fellowship this year does not preclude award in 2nd year.
