- I applied since January and it is now May I still haven't heard anything.According to the web portal, the decision is still pending. I emailed and called but no response. I am praying that this long wait is more of a good sign than a bad one. Has anyone heard anything from the Public Health Dept, specifically the Ph.D. program? This is my last hope, praying and staying positive :)
