- Withdrew. I figured out that the department page is very misleading about funding. External funding is about a 5% success rate, and the university charges tuition to doctoral students, making actual funding more like $16k Canadian. Biological doesn't exist in the department, yet they take a few bio students anyway? There are faculty and TA strikes on the horizon. Seems a mess and not well supported. Don't ruin your life over empty promises.
