- Is there anyone who recently got admission for Ph.D. / M.Sc.? Recently means last week, if you didn't get an offer in last week, maybe there is a sad news waiting for us. Analyzing this year acceptance/rejection pattern, I can assume there are rejections coming up for the following week.. :/ One week for acceptance the next week for rejection at least for the CS department. On a different note, previously people were not that much interested to do Ph.D. after their M.Sc. as long as they secure a job. Nowadays more people are getting interested to pursue Ph.D. The competition is getting tougher with time ..... :( FINGERS CROSSED!!!
