- International student with an M.Sc. from a Canadian university. I got the rejection email stating: Limited finances and supervisory capacity make it necessary for us to turn away many eligible students who apply to do a graduate program in Physics. P.S: I have talked to a potential supervisor who encourged me to apply + I am fully funded for the whole PhD from an external agency. Guys, should I petition? what should I do? they have wasted my money and time and did not give me a clear answer on what the reason of the rejection was!
