- "The Electrical and Computer Engineering PhD Program has completed the application review and your application has been placed on our waitlist pending response from our first round of offers. The waitlist decision was sent to you in order to let you know that an offer is not being made to you at this time so that you can accept other offers if you have received them. There is no ranking to the waitlist since it is based on the area of interest, and a faculty member within the area being interested in the candidate." Hmm, Ok!!
