- To the poster below, I was accepted and received an email from Dr. Ding as well as an email to check my application for a status update. The email from Dr. Ding said she was my advisor and I should contact her for my course sequence for the direct doctorate program. This was a mistake, only because she was not my assigned adviser and it was someone else. My status update said I had been accepted to the direct doctorate Ph.D. Program. I would double check as it seems something is wrong wit their email system, but you should also see a status update. Best of luck to those hearing back!
