- To the person below: Ohio state ECE is also one of top programs. Adding to that is the fact that life is really comfortable for the type of money they give. It is just stupid to go to georgia tech without full funding. I have been there, its a real hard place to live and if you are looking at a 5year commitment for phd, some magazine's rankings is the last things one should be looking at.
