- Can anyone please explain how the PhD selections are made? My first interview was with admissions and then the rest of them with potential supervisors, the supervisors didn't know how I did in the first interview but from what I understand the decision is mostly made based on your first interview. This is so strange to me, in other places the supervisors make the decisions. Maybe I understood all wrong?
