- 2+ years research experience, one of which is biotechnology-based. Good GPA 3.9/4. Good LORs, Good SOP. Good University. The application probably was unsuccessful because I didn't have the prerequisite courses like Computer Science, Statistics II, and Organic Chemistry II. But cannot be exactly sure why.
