- Got an email to check the Penn State Portal. Was super confused because the wording made it seem like by hitting accept I was allowing the Graduate School to review my application and then would find out their decision, and there was no big CONGRATULATIONS like other portals. However, not the case.. only hit accept if you decide to go there.
