- FYI: I emailed them back (after receiving the informal email inquiring whether I'd be interested in UCLA) saying that I got an offer from one of my rop 3 schools, so I will probably decline an offer from UCLA if I get (an official) one. Hope that frees up the spot for someone else who'd want to go there :). Good luck!
