- To the Iowa posters below, she literally said "We can only refund the UI application fee." I got pissed off as well. This isn't right....They should've known this would come. How could they just withdraw all applications and not think about time + other costs we spent for the application? I even thought of emailing ETS but I don't think they will refund......
