- I applied in March for the second round. I was told that the department only received all second round applications after mid April (4/17 for the year 2017). The review process took for three complete weeks. I got an email notification at 7:45pm. Once I logged in, it's said the letter from dean of graduate school is an official letter of admission. Information about scholarship or funding will be sent if eligible, in another separate email. Next step is to accept or decline the offer by 4/15 (today is 5/16). Of note, my application status in the graduate division application page is still 'submitted'.
