- When I applied to UW, at the suggestion of their website, I called to confirm my GRE scores arrived. I called 3 times, was told I would be called back, but never heard from them. I emailed them today saying that things happen, but not hearing anything about my gre scores or admittance before April 15th was very disappointing. I received a rejection letter two hours later. I'm thankfully attending a program I'm thrilled about, but for anyone applying to UW next year, I'd proceed with caution before writing the required essay on top of your sample, and paying another pricey application fee. 9a/6r/1w
