- To the MSU post below: l am also waiting for their decision. Thank you for your info. I sent inquiry emails to secretaries and the director, but they never reply my emails. They hold their recruitment weekend in the mid of March, so they probably sent out most offers to American students. Not sure about international students.. Any international studs receive offers?
