- I got accepted in March. And received my college placement (first choice of college) but I am wondering about funding.. When are colleges suppose to let us know about funding or any other department scholarships that don't require a separate application? Is there still some hope? I also got into Oxford and I'll go where I get funding (if any). Honestly, for grad applicants, it's such a pain to get funding. I have a super good mentor for my research project next year, a straight 3.99 GPA, experience in research, a thesis grade of an A, international background and speaking fluently a couple of languages.. and yet. Plan is obviously to go into phd but without funding for a master, I doubt I'll end up going. Anyone in similar situation?
