- *SPEECH@NYU online* Application submitted mid December, finalized by NYU for review Jan. 18, today was exactly 8 weeks of waiting. Generic rejection email. I am a career changer. Undergrad GPA in another field is 2.8, post-bacc CMD pre-reqs GPA is 3.8. Considering they market the program very aggressively, advertise no minimum GPA and claim to have no max number of students, this is a bummer. They were the ones that initially contacted me last summer. I have received one acceptance to another program so far, so I'm not totally devastated.
