- To the poster below- When you arrive you will fill out a sheet about what one research interest may be. You then will go into a room with 7-9 other people and they will just ask you personal questions (how to get more men into the field or when and how have you dealt with conflict etc.) you will then write a word or a few words that describe yourself. DO NOT write passionate determined etc. they will tell you but they really dont want that. They will then show you around and that is it. GOOD LUCK!
