- I don't get the point from asking everyone to transfer their applications from PhD to M. Eng degree. I thought I was the only one as I was told that my profile would specifically fit in the M. Eng program and I accepted to transfer. However, I received an email telling me that I was accepted to M. Eng with 30% grant.
