- 17 people alongwith me got an admit for Cem at Vtech of which almost 13-14 are going to attend. So if anyone is waiting for a decision for cem, the chances of acceptance look bleak as only 4-5 people might get admits in 2nd round. Just a heads up so that you guys issue the I20's of the universities you've already been admitted to and not just rely on Vtech. I hope this helps.
