Interviewed with 2 POI who both said they'd be willing to support me. discussed research at length. Was very surprised to get rejected. No feedback provided. Guessing since they are more evolutionary based program and none of the professors share specific interest in language and culture in anthro prob ultimately wasn't a great fit. still sucks
