For the "DOCUMENTS REQUEST" on the ApplyWeb application account, I called the Department admiisions office and they said it's a NEW feature added by CollegeNet and has no impact on your "COMPLETE" application status. As long as you already sent OFFICIAL Transcripts, you're fine. JUST IGNORE IT and don't waste you $$$ on this. Would make sens if shortlisted or admitted. Just IGNOORE IT.
