- I previously took the GRE and applied for graduate school to pursue a field of study in genetic counseling. My previous score on the GRE was as you can see merely adequate and the only sugggestion admissions gave me to improve my chances of acceptance was to improve my score. Any advice on my essay or critique you have to offer will be greatly appreciated.
