- Good bye Murica, I promise that I will release my country from your tentacles power someday. We regret to notify you that we could not bring a favorable decision regarding your application for MS studies with our department. We had an extremely large pool of applicants, many of whom - just like yourself - are very talented and qualified individuals. However, our resources are limited and the competition was very stiff. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
