- Got an email from the department stating that the program is full. However they did add a side note saying that after a careful consideration of my application, the faculty believes that my application is competitive and would like me to reapply for a future term. Is this a polite away for OSU to say that you are rejected? (I did apply after the expiry for their priority applicants deadline) Any views on this would be highly appreciated.
