- I received lots of emails from this institution. I didn't read any of them. Accidentally, I opened one of the emails stating that they offered a waiver of the $60 application fee and I seized the opportunity. They emailed me to check the website. Nothing was mentioned about the funding! 20 days later one of the faculty members told me that he wants to support me financially (no comment about the details). Applied in March 18th. MSc GPA: 3.65, ibt TOEFL: 103, 5 ISI papers, 2 conference papers.
