- I live in the NYC area and was emailed by the director if I wanted to be considered for the cert program since I was rej for the MS. 4 years of work experience in economic research for multilateral orgs and U.S. gov't; MA in Econ from a top 3 int'l relations school; 3 stellar letters of rec (1 chief economist, 1 deputy chief economist, 1 well published researcher); 3.8 GPA in metrics and math (also meeting all prereqs); two data science certificates. Alas, it seems GRE will break you for this program.
