- I just got off the phone with the CD department for the University of Hawaii and they said they are no NOT informing students of their decisions until May 1st. I specifically asked "because it is taking so long to hear back does that mean my application was placed on your waitlist" and she said no. That they are waiting to inform students until the May 1st. UGGGGHHHHHHH
