- Admitted to the EE PhD program, I've been surfing through TAMU webpages regarding funding info for international students. I guess there will be no TAships since we need a certificate for our English proficiency! Guess TOEFL isn't enough here. Same thing can be inferred from the forum on gradcafe (TAMU ECE Funding).
