- I have to say, I was fairly disappointed by the unprofessional nature of the department. After a Skype interview in early February, I didn't hear anything until yesterday (April 7th). I saw that others were accepted and rejected at the beginning of March, so I inquired as to the status of my application (no notification was posted online), but still received no reply for over a month. Apparently I was on the waitlist and they just couldn't be bothered to let me know. It doesn't matter, I received much better offers, but it is a little unfortunate, since I had a high view of the department before this process.
